Ward Beach
Blenheim, New Zealand
A gravel beach south of Seddon where the 2016 Kaikōura earthquake lifted the seabed and exposed new reef and wreck remains. Drive the sealed side road from SH1, walk the shore and watch for seals; the beach is exposed to wind and strong swell.
