## Before you go

- North Campground is open year-round. Sunset Campground is closed from about October to April, depending on weather.
- The free shuttle runs from April to mid-October and serves 15 stops in the Bryce Amphitheater area.
- Vehicles of 23 feet (7 m) or more may not park at Paria View at any time of year because space is limited.

## Camping

The park has two campgrounds. North Campground is open all year and can be reserved up to six months ahead through Recreation.gov. Sunset Campground is closed from about October to April, weather permitting, and is reserved up to 14 days ahead. Backcountry camping is handled separately; check the permit rules with the National Park Service before you plan it.

## Getting around

One main road of 18 miles (about 29 km) runs north to south through the park to Rainbow Point. During shuttle hours, vehicles of 23 feet (7 m) or more face parking restrictions at Sunrise, Sunset, Inspiration and Bryce Point, at the Lodge and in the visitor center lot. The park points to the shuttle station and an additional parking lot instead.
